This Privacy Policy explains how AdminPro (the “Application”, “Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use the AdminPro Windows desktop application and related components.
AdminPro is designed as a local IT management application for organizing server connections, credentials, VPN profiles and related configuration in one place.

3. Information Stored by AdminPro
Depending on how the application is configured and used, AdminPro may store:
- company and project names;
- server names and hostnames;
- IP addresses and ports;
- RDP connection information;
- SQL connection information;
- VPN profiles and related configuration;
- application usernames and passwords;
- notes and connection metadata;
- local application and vault configuration;
- information required for connection status and session management.
4. Local Storage and Vault
AdminPro is designed around a local vault model. Sensitive configuration is stored in the AdminPro vault rather than being intended as an ordinary plaintext configuration file.
The vault is protected by a master password and encryption mechanisms implemented by the application. The vault also incorporates integrity protection so that unauthorized or accidental modification can be detected.
The security of the vault also depends on the security of the Windows account, computer, backups and storage locations where the vault is kept.
5. Credentials
AdminPro may be used to store credentials required to access servers, databases, VPNs and applications. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have authorization to store and use those credentials.
Credentials should not be shared with unauthorized persons. Access to the computer and the AdminPro master password should be protected appropriately.
6. Connections and Third-Party Systems
AdminPro may connect to systems selected by the user, including Windows/RDP services, SQL databases, VPN services and other applications or infrastructure.
AdminPro does not become the owner or controller of those external systems. Their own privacy, security and access policies may apply.
7. Data Transmission
AdminPro may transmit connection information to a destination selected by the user when the user initiates or configures a connection. The application does not represent that every external destination is operated by the AdminPro operator.
Users are responsible for confirming that a destination, server, database or VPN endpoint is authorized and secure.
8. Backup, Export and Import
AdminPro may provide vault backup and export/import functionality. Exported or copied vault files may contain sensitive information and must therefore be protected like the original vault.
The operator cannot control copies of exported files that users store outside the application.
9. Logging and Diagnostics
Where enabled, AdminPro may maintain local information required for troubleshooting, session management, connection status or application diagnostics. The exact information depends on the installed version and enabled features.
10. Data Sharing
AdminPro does not sell personal data. Information stored locally in the application is not intentionally disclosed by the operator except where necessary to provide a requested service, comply with law, protect security, or where the user explicitly initiates a connection or transfer.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored in the local vault remains there until the user deletes, replaces or otherwise removes it. Backups and exported vault files may continue to exist wherever the user has copied them.
12. Security
AdminPro is designed with security in mind, including an encrypted vault, master-password protection and integrity protection. No electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should keep Windows, AdminPro and other connected systems updated and should protect the machine and backup locations containing the vault.
13. Your Rights
Where applicable under GDPR and other privacy laws, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Because AdminPro is primarily designed for local storage, many stored records can be managed directly by the user on the device.
14. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when AdminPro, its features or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will include the applicable “Last updated” date.
